Listing your home and survive the showings!

Are you wondering what is is like to live in your home while you are trying to sell it? Living in for-sale home means frequently having to leave at the last minute for showings as well as keeping your place sparkly clean at all times.

Here are some tips to help you survive the showings when you list your home:

1. Pack it up! The best time to get packing are weeks ahead of actually listing your home in Spokane and the greater area. this will give you ample time to go through things, clear out the clutter, and minimize the amount of stuff you'll have to deal with. The goal is to get as much as possible out of your home before showings start so that your potential buyers are not overwhelmed by the stuff later on.

It is important for you to know the whole purpose of showing a home to a potential buyer... It is to cross off their list of must-sees. The intention is to cross off as many homes as possible before they make their final decision. Your goal is not to have your house crossed off the ongoing list.
